MRP Motorsport at Palm Beach International Raceway will hold its final two races of the 2011 season during a double-header weekend on December 10^th and 11^th. A special open practice will be held Friday, December 9^th from 9am until 4pm.

“With the popular Florida Winter Tour Series returning to our facility, this double-event weekend should be a well attended one,” said Rony Miron, MRP at PBIR Karting Facility manager. “We hope to see great competition for our last race of 2011 as well as a nice warm-up for the 2012 racing season.”

On Saturday and Sunday the gates will open at 7:30am, registration will start at 8am and racing will commence at 9am. As the Florida Winter Tour event rapidly approaches, this is a great opportunity to practice in Palm Beach. Karts will be available that weekend for rent and the pro shop will be open for parts and service.

Regular open practice is held at PBIR Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm until 9pm and Saturdays from 9am until 4pm. For those that would like additional track time, the track is available for private rentals. Please call the office at (561) 578-5641 for additional details.
