Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a bunch of parts for a 1994 BIrel Winforce 80cc Shifter chassis. I'm restoring the kart for a friend of mine, and it's been sitting in his shed upright for the past 6 years. I need a new gas tank, a bunch of new bearings, the piece that holds the brake rotor to the rear axle, a new coil pack, and the seals for the brake caliper. With the kart sitting for this long, are there any other parts that may need replacing that I haven't stumbled across yet? Also, the previous owner (before my friend) wrecked the chassis big time. He tweaked the chassis something awful, and bent the right-front U-joint as well. I managed to re-bend the U-joint, but how would I go about straightening the chassis? Thanks! |

At the Three Oaks, Michigan location we have a $5,000 chassis table that does straighten chassis. Bare frames are available for $800 in the AR 4 model which sounds similar to the Winforce 80 cc kart you speak about. All other parts are available off the parts list shown on line.
