I haved purchased a leopard and cq31sp with a couple of axles, I don't know what stiffness they are. Some one told me some have paint marks in side but still don't know what rating they are. Is there a list available to tell paint colors ? Thanks for the help.

The dealer in your area will have an axle chart.
The last three years of axles have had the number and the modulus number etched in the left side. In brief.. red is medium.. but then how do you know for sure it is a Free Line axle. In the early axles.. the letters were stamped in the key ways under the wheel hubs.. Green is hard Yellow is a soft. But there are many choices in between these colors, thus the axle chart is your best source of this information. Yellow could be an f or an f 2.5 red... is m for medium and it could change based on length green is noted as K. If you ring the office Steve can point you to your closest dealer. 269-756 9133. Free axle charts are available to all dealers and all customers. Just ask. |
