Default Toe and Camber for Monza?

Can you recommend a starting position for toe and camber on the Monza?

We are in a 100cc class with all up weight 143 Kg (315 lb), Dunlop SL5 tires. I have seen recommendations for various Birels, but am not sure which one is closest to the Monza.

I've established that 2 mm toe out on the stand reduces to about 1 mm toe out when loaded, and a small amount of positive camber reduces to about zero. These setting are what we currently run with, but I'm considering a bit more negative camber. Any advice?

Tell me about an SL5, we in the states are not familiar with it.

It depends on what you are trying to achieve. If the front of the kart is "nervous," negative camber will help. Normally I will run anywhere from 2mm negative to 1cm negative depening on the track, conditions, driving style, horsepower, and tires. I am almost always at 2mm toe out.
hope this helps,
chris

Thanks Chris. We'll try those settings. It's good to have a starting point that will be in the right ball park. Sorry to be pedantic, but are those settings on the stand, rather than loaded on the ground?

Regarding Garry's question about SL5 tires ... you are not the only ones who are not familiar with them ... the entire karting fraternity of New Zealand (where we are) said effectively "WHAT?" at the last round of tendering when we got these tires. No-one had heard of them. Australia use SL6's and other countries use SL4 apparently, but we are the only country on SL5. Previously we were on Bridgestone YEQs, and the new tires are similar, perhaps a little harder than those.

We only have a handfull of Birels here and our Monza, and we are mostly in different classes, hence the knowledge about setups is not very wide.
Thanks again for your help.
Simon

Those measurements are taken with the kart on the stand.
