Which application are you asking about. The only two categories to be affected will be the ICC and the ICA categories. At the moment those chassis are available but in very limited supply with dealers who responded to our latest air shipment.

To further explain: R30 no change, AR28, no change, AR4 no longer available, R31,Q31 no change.

The two new items available that we know about are: CM32S and M32S. After Monday the 8th we will have a first hand look inside the factory and be able to report the final facts.

If you look on the Birel website, it is a chassis that is currently only available in europe.

Garry, specifically the R31SP. A local dealer, RYSA, is replacing its entire team of R31SP chassis with new ones (2005), so I assumed that might be the thing to do. Your advice would be most appreciated as always.

They arrived last week. It is the transition model.. the last of the 04 or the same as what will be coming in 05. Check with your local dealers. They have the option to purchase right now.

No 05 material has arrived in the US. We have 04's ( M style) that will be just like the 05 M but the 05 will be designated ST. No one would have a R31 ST maybe the 04 R31 ST.

If you look at Andy Seesman who won the Rotax Masters it was on a R32 and not the R31. So it really depends on your weight. But I will verify on my trip to Italy the changes for the R31 as an 05. All genuine 05 models should in my opinion have the ST designation. This should only apply in my view to the CR32, R32, CM32 and M32. The R31SP represents the 04 chassis. That is the best I know at the moment and will attempt to update you while I am in the factory.

Garry, my weight is 135 lbs. and I'd plan to run Rotax Masters here in South Florida. This would be my first kart.

WE have test results coming in from California thi s weekend. Dave Thompson Jr. is on the new kart and he is a light guy, but I don't think he is running masters. I'll try to have the dealer respond to assist on this request. We are currently in Orlando and Tony from Homestead is here and can take a once used demo model home with him. Call 269-720-9196 and I'll have Tony speak to you while here. Garry
