Cadet help

I just bought a way leftover 2006 Birel cadet chassis

. My brother is switching over from his 2004 Birel cadet. I am pretty clueless how to setup a cadet kart. He won a lot of club races with the setup it came with.

With the new chassis what should my base setup be for OVRP?

Also what wheel widths for bridgestones should he be running(douglas mags/freeline)

Where can I get a wide rear tubing bumper that looks alright? I absolutly cant stand the plastic rear bumpers
