Did I tell you that the company that won the Borg-Warner trophy at last year's Indy 500 is ,or has, made us a prototype of their heat exchanger for our kart? It's a really nice piece. They claim it made 7-8 hp for the Indy cars. Hopefully it will make 1/2 for us.
I recently visited the MRP facility at PBIR. I used to run a CRG chassis with a Rotax TAG and then an Easykart back in 2005/6. i am looking to get back into the sport. Do you have listings of used karts available at the Palm Beach facility? thanks.
Hey Marc....can you lend me some set-up advice for next summer? I am planning to attend the IKF 4 cycle grands in Richland Wa in late June. I will be taking my monza z32. I have gathered that the conditions will become very sticky. The tire for the event will be YHC and they will open the track for practice 4 days before the event. The tire for my class will be burris R44, which is basically a YHC. THe current axle in the kart is a 40mm M. I was reading on here from a post Roberto Castro put on about going to a k in extreme high grip situations. SHould i plan to get a K or go the opposite way with a 1000 M or F, even B?
