M32 (ST) ??

first post, sure this question will sound a bit strange but i'm close to buy a preowned BIREL M 32, so i'm looking for more information on this chassie.
according to owner, this one was built within the end of 2005, based upon a M32 ST.birel was suppose to offer this chassie to european drivers to test a kind of prototype of the 2006 version...
well, don't know if this expaination will make you laught, but that's what seller told me. ANY information would be much appreciate.
ps: i buy this chassie in UK, to fit my rotax max engine. good for this application?
