Whats a general set up to start at on a MX 32 Chassie.
Street race with little grip
f 1040 axle mounted in the lower hole on the cassets.
YHC's tires
Driver is 6'1" 195 and overdrives the corners.
Seat is low as possiable and laid way back.
Thanks
Jason

No matter what you do, as far as baseline is concerned, nothing will work properly if the seat is not mounted properly and the driver is over-driving. Try mounting the seat to factory spec - then have the driver do a school or lapping days until he is consistent, then begin tweaking the chassis set-up.

Very good on Saturday, then lets just say.. not good. Jason had a run in with a parked go-kart at 70+mph on the fastest blind corner of the track. He narrowed his front track width by 2". He is OK, and looking forward to classes with MRP. We may want to look at a lenscrafter visit before hand. LOL.

Pretty much how Bill describe it.
Had a lock on 3rd place and was reeling in second place with 10 laps to go.
Lap traffic spun infront of me in a flat foot blind corner comited to the corner with no where to go but thru the other kart :)
Qualified 3rd by .02 of a second off of second.
My chassie set up was good,I was just looking for some different ideas to try during pratice.....that the guys at MKP helped me with.
If you cant go thru three chassies a year, your just not trying.
