front breaks lock when ambient temp is around 75 degrees,run cold water over the break slave cylinder and they release up,new to this.

I would suggest a visit back to your dealer for an inspection.

Not that this is your problem but you might have the same thing I experienced. Mine were locked and the master cylinder was locked forward. I was in such a hurry I bought a new one and went back out. Later I was told by a few birel guys that the master cylinders on that year/model had that problem and the reason was the plastic plunger that holds the two "o" rings enlarges slightly. The remedy is remove the "o" rings and slightly go around this plastic with emery cloth until it slides in or buy a new one from your favorite birel dealer.
This is what I thought was also causing my loose condition in my post below but I still had the problem after a new cylinder. I still haven't got that figured out.
