Hi,
Could you tell me the possible effects of using the higher or lower holes on the new style steering column for the tie rods?

If you put the tie rods in the holes closer to the steering shaft it will make the steering lighter (easier to turn) and it will slow down the steering. If you put the tie rods in the lower holes that are furthest away from the steering shaft it will make the steering heaver (harder to turn) and will speed up the steering. These are just minor adjustments, you will only notice the difference a little bit. if you do test the different positions, recheck the toe. Hope this helps
