Steering Lock

I'd like to add a steering lock to my new 31 to make front-end adjustments easier. Appears that it has a 20mm steering shaft BUT most of th 20mm sterring lock kits I've found at various vendors are noted NOT for Birel. Can someone point me in the right direction?
