What year is my Birel?

I found the homologation plate on the back but everything that it says is the following:
Make Birel
HOM 040/02
ICC

If someone knows what that means please help. Thanks

Hi chomby. Likely the model number is located elsewhere. Here is a link to a tutorial on how to determine your chassis model. If this doesn't help, load a photo of it and we can likely determine the chassis type.
