Here is the set-up for the Monza Z32 that won the Rotax Grands this year. Kart was fast in both wet and dry conditions.
DRY:
M 1000 axle, '08 hi-Tech Freeline hubs, 3rd bearing in, 54.75" wide
.5-degree castor, hubs at 2 full spacers out with Freeline Hi-Tech hubs
New style Freeline Mag wheels
MoJo tires - starting pressures at 11 lbs.
Tillett T11 seat with extra struts - seat mounted originally in stock position, then moved front up and back down to free up back of kart.
WET:
Widened front to max stock hub position
removed front bar
castor: 1.5 degree pills
Rear: narrowed hubs all the way up, removed 3rd bearing bolts, kept seat struts attached and tight
wheels: aluminum Freeline rain wheels
starting pressure - 18-20 lbs.
toe - 2mm out wet and dry
Neither were a radical set-up, but the kart reacted well in nearly every condition. Let us know if you have questions.
