I have a 2005 birel chassis (32mm), and the brakes cylinders are not working well. My question is, can I convert the brakes to the new system?

Yes it is possibled to convert your 2005 Birel to the "new" C-X brake system. What kind of problems are you having? When was the last time your current brake system was serviced?
