setup for R 30 c-y

Hello!

I`m a boy in Norway who lately buyed a new birel R 30 c-y. In Norway we run the bridgestone Ygl tires in the yamaha class. Can someone give me som information about a general startsetup for this chassi? height of seat and so on. My weight is 64kg and I`m 177 cm heigh.
