Would a 96 i think cr632 be okay for a starter kart for a 200# driver 6.5 honda heavy class.

The 32 mm chassis is too much for a low HP motor. The AM 29 or AR 28 have proven to be the best performers. It is possible an AR4 or R30 would work.
In Canada 8 of 13 Grand National were won on the AM29.
