Rx30se ok at supernats?

Will the rx30se be allowed to run in Tag Jr at supernats? I'm a little confused after reading the rules, but it seems like it must be homologated. Please tell me I'm missing something.

I saw no where where the chassis must be homologated. Otherwise trackmagic, margay and most other chassis would not be allowed. The wording I saw was it must be CIK or SKUSA "approved"

This is taken from the website, but upon further inspection i guess it pertains to only 2009 models? What confuses me is #3. Thanks!

SuperNationals XII Specific Rules and Procedures

SuperNats XII rules are per the SKUSA 2008-2010 Rule Book, including clarifications and exceptions as stated below and in the Event Info Sheet found in your driver registration package. Watch here for latest updates.

Since 2009 begins a new CIK chassis Homologation period, SKUSA has had many requests to allow these chassis to be used at the SuperNats. Since the International season has concluded, and the SuperNats has become the Number 1 karting event in North America, we have decided to allow the preview of these chassis at Supernats XII.

To be eligible for competition, the following requirements must be met:

Be included in the CIK MATERIELS en cours d'HOMOLOGATION 2009 dated 21-10-08 (October 21, 2008)
All applicable Homologation forms must be available, in hard copy, at the event.
Any chassis entered in competition must conform to the Homologation and be correctly identified on the chassis information plate.

Bill-

The supernats are allowing 2009 model chassis to compete IF they are homologated. The RX30 is a 2008 model year chassis and thus will not need homologation.

I believe they are trying to limit any special "one-off" models the factories may bring. Which is likely an impossible thing to do.

Your RX30 should be eligible.
