used chassis

Hi a friend of mine is looking to buy a birel chassis but he doesn't know the model or yr. I tried to find it on the gobirel website but can't find it there, the numbers are pe0068 can anybody help me out?

It is an old Canadian kart that never made it into the states. The current version is the AR 28 or a C 28. I don't care how cheap the kart might be, a better idea is to purchase a 28 mm kart. AR 28 or C28. We only listed on Go Birel the karts that entered the US and karts that were available since we started with Birel back in 1995.
The PE kart was fine for light weight drivers on low horsepower karts. That is the best I can offer.
