Birel C28 Base Line setup

Hi, currently have my setup as you suggested and its working good, but when would you change the "Tie-rods: mount the tie rod ends underneath the spindle arms, not above." setting, to tie rod on top of spindle arms? thanks in advance.

I always mount the tie rods below the spindle arm on the C28 because it puts the tie rods closer to being parallel with the track (as opposed to mounting the tie rods above the spindle arm which points the tie rods "up"). It simply makes the kart easier to turn for the smaller drivers...hope this helps.
