Do you have any specifications available for toe settings on a 2005 m32, suggestions for both tight and open type cornering would be appreciated?

The basis toe setting would be 2mm toed out with the kart on the stand.
If you are running a very very tight track and having trouble with the kart turning in too slow, you can add more toe out and you might get a more lively steering response.

Thanks for the prompt reply Marc, I suppose I should have asked this at the same time but is there a base for the caster setting, the kart was purchased second hand and the previous owner had never made any adjustments during
his ownership even though he had replaced some steering components?
I should add that it is equipped with front brakes in the event that makes a difference.

In regards to caster setting on your CM32ST; The chassis comes with .5 degree pills on top of the spindle and central pills on the bottom. In normal conditions we run with .5 degree caster in to start with and have run up to 2 degrees caster in in extreme conditions. Conversely when there is no grip on the track or when using hard tires we run with .5 degree caster out and have taken up to 1.5 degree caster out in extremely slippery conditions so as to "settle the kart." If you find that when you touch the steering wheel on corner entry the rear of the kart breaks loose then you need to remove caster. If the kart pushes on corner entry you need to add more caster.
Hope this helps.

Chris,
Thank you so much for the informative explanation it really makes it easier to understand when you break it down into terms that show the effects and results to handling characteristics, very helpful.
