I would like to salute and say thank you to Ryan Stewart who lead the charge for all Birel Drivers at WKA. Ryan performed in unbelievable fashion to help the Birel team to take home the championship with his multiple wins this weekend. (4 that I know of at this time)
In addition Cole, Bennett, and Bearden added to sweet success out of our Junior program of a hard fought battle against Margay, Arrow and Merlin. Marc Miller will soon post our congratulations to our national champions after confirming statistics.
I want to thank all loyal Birel customers and dealers for your heroic efforts of this past year in producing a winning season. MRP will be announcing special awards in recognition to your commitment and loyalty.
Birels do work! This weekend certainly proved that the very same chassis that work on a short track configuration also work on the drag high speed track such as Newcastle. Our customers had the same chassis they started in Daytona to end the season. Others attempted several production changes. We also want to say a special thank you to the many different engine builders who assisted our loyal customers this year.
Birel world wide and our entire MRP management team also would like to pay tribute to the huge effort of Tim and Chris Lobaugh for their countless hours and unending quest of this very high honor with WKA. They truly are the hardest working guys in karting.
