Hey guys,

Well, hopped in the kart for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and spent the whole day in the seat at Concepts, Andy and Les are great guys there. The Birel chassis is simply amazing, and goes exactly where you point it....just my rookie thoughts, and I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here!

Anyways, I was looking to pick up a Birel cap and probably a t-shirt, and was wondering where the best place to pick one up would be. I'd like to find someone who has them in stock so I could get them in a timely manner.

Andy, no problem on the kind words. You guys definitely deserve it. Customer service is top notch and you guys have a great track. I am working on getting back up there as soon as possible. BTW, I got the gift certificate in the mail. Has the next round of shirts been delivered Marc? I'm desperately in need of shirts to fill out the middle requests. Most of my dad's and boy junior drivers look a little funny in the girl shirts. ;)

It is the first I heard we did not have the Birel T shirts. From what I see in the front room, we have stacks of T shirts. That is one of the dangers with clothing, never the right color or the right size. Color shouldn't be a problem in this case, but all of the different combos of sizes are an issue. We need to get more dealer input on what the next order should look like, I'm sure Marc can get a quick turn around as the product is made in the Western hemisphere!

Yep, exactly the case Garry - lots of stuff but not quite everything - clothing is brutal to stock. The regular old Medium, Large, X-Large t-shirts are what I think was in shortest supply. Everyone I was able to outfit though loves the shirts and hats and wears them regularly. Great to see!

I've been playing phone tag with Steve pretty much all week, which is totally my fault since I've been so swamped with work this week and don't usually get around to trying to give him a call until like 5pm CST or later. I'll try again next week.

Marc, I'm assuming you guys aren't in the office on Saturdays, right? If so, I can try Steve tomorrow.

We are at the track on weekends where the customers need us most. The office is open Monday through Friday 9-5 EDT. We gave Steve the 4th off while the rest of us went to the track and had fun!

I am pretty sure any Birel dealer can order anything Birel. But if you are looking for someone who has inventory, I know R3 Karting near Vancouver BC. has quite a bit in stock. The last time I was there they had some jackets and parkas as well as all kinds of tee shirts and hats. Your best bet would be to call them for the details.

From what I can remeber, Pats Acres (my home track) doesnt really stock any clothing. But if you want you could always order it from Pats!
