Crazy race day June 8

Well if you were there you know how crazy the weather got, if you were not you missed the experience of 50+ people in each of the facilities restrooms. ;-) I just wanted to say thanks to the MRP crew for keeping an eye on the situation and looking out for the well being of all of those involved in the racing program on Sunday.

Good news from the Powers family. Candy was checked out at the local hospital and all appears back to normal They traveled home early Monday morning.

Just for the record, there was never a tornado spotted but the weather station kept reporting that conditions were right for tornado activity. The large black dust cloud from the west gave the appearance of a funnel cloud, but it was just a brisk wind. We have learned to live with that part of the territory and have gone through such protective measures in the past.

The water was completely drained from the property in two hours. It is a gravel pit as we all know.
