I was wondering with the high demand and no available (DWT) Douglas wheels for the 4.75 fronts and 5.50 spun alum wheels would the freeline ch120 work on the front of a c-28 until the correct wheels come in?or should I stay with the ch130?using 5.50 douglas on rear.

A number of trade in units came in with different wheels at South Bend. We just might have the wheels you need.
You are running Rookie one, right? That is still a drivers class and not a set up class in my mind. Wheels are not the issue.
When we get to a national Sage Karem type fine tuning and expense, then the right wheel for the right track is the issue. Personally, I don't think a wheel choice is going to make one ounce of difference for our Rookie one program.
However, if you invest in a racing school with our advanced instructors, and after two hours testing the wheel choices you think might make the difference, I will find you the wheels described and comp them for the test. It would be an interesting experience for the forum. We can publish the results. Are you interested?
In all due respect Chuck, we take seconds off the times with driver coaching and we take tenths off with the right wheels. I am most willing to invest in this experience, it would be fun for all of our viewers.
On a follow up point for all of our forum participants, seat time is the biggest assistance you can offer these young 8-12 year old drivers. I will make a guarantee on that!

i'm looking for the 10th's! the right wheels will really give us a 10th of a second? we're doing the coaching and got the seconds off, but are now fighting for those precious 10th's! angus beat the local micromax record this weekend by a 10th and a half, but a seasoned racer came right back and beat angus' record by less than a 10th :(. but angus won the overall :D!

btw, rick at raceway motorsprots told me he's going to become a Birel dealer now. i'm really glad about that. i need to unload my TonyKart we use in the cadet class and solely focus on Birels.

Congrats guys on the win!
I don't know Rick personally - so if he is serious, please have him contact me @ news@mrpmotorsport.com
Also - call Steve @ MRP - 269-756-9133 to find out about wheel availability. I am sure we have what you need at the very least used - as Garry mentioned above. We will make sure you get what you need to set the record.
