angus' dad

we're heading back down for practice tomorrow at our local track. it will be the first time we really will have the chance to try different set-ups. our local track is a curvy .6 mile course. mostly flat, but everyone says it's very technical. left hand turns mostly with an S section and a monza. the straight isn't very long. we are set at you base-line set up with 2mm toe out, removed torsion bar. i don't know much, so can you tell me some different things to try? angus runs fastest at 15 outside and 14 inside pressures. also, i heard that about 48% front is better in these cadet karts than the more standard 43%. is that right? also, we have seat struts on our other kart, should i try and put them on this one? if so, i couldn't see how to route the engine side one as the pipe is in the way. thanks again for any info. the birel got lots of looks at the track, and all the dad's wanted a close look, and until angus' frustration got the best of him, he was making that kart look good. heck, it still looked good, just dirty.
