The Q30 is an all 30 mm tube chassis. It came into production in 99-2001. We did not distribute too many of these in that time frame as the Q31 model which is a blending of a 30 mm tube side rails and a 32 mm tube cross rails became more successful.

The standard chassis set up with seat instructions are pretty much the same. When you mention Road Racing a couple of things come up. What tires, what motor package, and what troubles are you having?

I'd be sure to put the chassis on a flat plate and inspect to be sure that it is straight. Then check your king pin bolts, and spindle bearings to insure they are good. At a road race with the speeds you are traveling one would not want to have any little thing go wrong.

To further Garry's point, the more specific you are with what you have, where you plan on racing and what tires you will be using the better set-up information we can provide for you.

I have plenty of road-race info for you, depending on the class you are competing in.
